Is “Jianghan” the company name?
No. “Jianghan” is short for “Linghai Jianghan Linen Textile Company Limited”. It is also our brand. High Fame Trade Company Limited is the sales company under Jianghan Company. All the international business transaction goes through High Fame Trade Company Limited.
Are we weaving and selling linen fabric only?
No. Our product offering covers mainly pure linen and pure hemp fabric. We also can offer all kinds of blended and mixed yarn dyed fabric, dyed fabric, printed fabric and grey fabric (currently limited to fabric without slashing) made from linen cotton, linen viscose, linen polyester
What kind of weaving machine do we use?
We have 35 units of made-in-Italy VAMATEX dobby ultra-width rapier looms (the production capacity is equivalent of 70 units of narrow-width weaving looms). All looms feature automatic pick finding function, which ensures smooth and full surface of the woven cloth without start-up marks. Normal width is 60cm-360cm.
How’s the fabric quality?
In general, we implement QA with American Standard 4-point system. We will run strength and variation coefficient tests on yarn from the beginning stage. We have 3 rounds of defects inspection on fabric surface after weaving process, and will finish surface modification. The fabric products need to go through all the inspections before shipment.
Can we guarantee timely delivery?
We will provide an relatively accurate delivery time based on the production plan in the factory. The lead time will be confirmed based on the actual production schedule.
What if the order is lower than minimum order quantity?
It depends on product specifications and order quantity. For orders lower than minimum order quantity, we need to charge certain amount of sample fee due to the high cost of weaving process. Thank you for your understanding.
Do we have fabric retail business?
Unfortunately, we do not have fabric retail business at the moment. We are the manufacturer rather than the retailer. In the future, we will consider finding partners to develop retail business.
