We have 35 units of made-in-Italy VAMATEX dobby ultra-width rapier looms. Normal width is 60cm-360cm. All looms are equipped with original folding selvage device which is capable of weaving double width / multi-width rough selvage/closed selvage fabric, and features automatic pick finding function (without start-up marks). The annual production capacity is 2.6 million meters (2.8 million yards).
Temperature and humidity are crucial for the linen fabric production process. Fine linen fabric is being produced in a stable temperature and humidity environment. Our production environment is strictly monitored and controlled by auto temperature & Humidity control system.
